CLEVERLEY – WE ARE CONFIDENT  AHEAD OF CHELSEA GAME


 Image result for Tom CleverleyWatford midfielder Tom Cleverley believes his team-mates can approach next week's game against Chelsea full of "confidence" after a strong start to the Premier League season.
Cleverley secured the three points for his side against Arsenal on Saturday with a dramatic last-minute winner, putting Marco Silva's side in fourth spot after eight games.
Watford have only been beaten by Pep Guardiola's rampant Manchester City, who sit top of the league, and Cleverley is hopeful they can come away from their trip to Stamford Bridge with a positive result.
"We have only lost once this season against by the far the best team in the league (Manchester City) so we can go to Stamford Bridge with confidence," Cleverley told the club's official website.
"We know it will be a really tough game, we have to be really organised and focused but we will be back to work on Monday to hopefully get a good result next Saturday."

LJAJIC OUT FOR THE YEAR

Torino midfielder Adem Ljajic’s has suffered a thigh injury that will rule him out for the rest of 2017. The Serbian international came on for Mirko Valdifiori at half-time in the loss to Napoli, but picked up a muscular injury. Today the Granata have confirmed that Ljajic missed today’s training session with the rest of his team mates, with scans revealing “a strain to the right biceps femoris muscle”. Ljajic will be out of tomorrow’s Coppa Italia match with Roma. While further scans are planned for the coming days, Sky reports that the creative midfielder is likely to miss the games with Spal and Genoa, making his return in the new year.
