GATTUSO LAST AMONG TOP EARNERS


Gennaro Ivan "Rino" Gattuso is reported to be the lowest-paid Coach in Serie A, as the AC Milan boss is on the same terms as his Primavera contract.

The former midfielder had beeAn in charge of the youth team, but stepped up to replace Vincenzo Montella in the top job. 
  
However, Gazzetta dello Sport reports that he’s coaching the Rossoneri first team on the same terms as the youth team, meaning he earns €120,000 per season.

 That makes him the lowest-paid Coach in Serie A, with Fabio Pecchia at Verona in 19th on €250,000 per season.

Juventus Coach Massimiliano Allegri is on a reported €7m per season, with Inter’s Luciano Spalletti on €4m.

Vincenzo Montella was on €3m per season before he was sacked

LJAJIC OUT FOR THE YEAR

Torino midfielder Adem Ljajic’s has suffered a thigh injury that will rule him out for the rest of 2017. The Serbian international came on for Mirko Valdifiori at half-time in the loss to Napoli, but picked up a muscular injury. Today the Granata have confirmed that Ljajic missed today’s training session with the rest of his team mates, with scans revealing “a strain to the right biceps femoris muscle”. Ljajic will be out of tomorrow’s Coppa Italia match with Roma. While further scans are planned for the coming days, Sky reports that the creative midfielder is likely to miss the games with Spal and Genoa, making his return in the new year.
