MANCINI-INTER OWE ME CREDIT



Roberto Mancini believes Inter owed him credit for Inter’s unbeaten start to the season as he recruit most of their current players.

 “I’m happy for Inter. I knew it’d be just a matter of time,” he told Domenica Sportiva.

“Many of their players arrived when I was there. We’d built an important squad: I’m thinking Brozovic, Miranda, Perisic and even Kondogbia, one of the best players in La Liga this season.

“Regrets? No. Sometimes you need dignity, and if things
don’t go well, you need the courage to make a change.

“Scudetto? It’ll be contested by those currently near the top if they stay up there. Juve? They never died.”

LEICESTER CITY APPOINT CLAUDE PUEL Leicester City have appointed the former Southampton coach Claude Puel as their manager following last week’s   dismissal of Craig Shakespeare .
